Notre Dame Health System Now Offers Home Health Services
The Archdiocese’s continuum of care grows with acquisition of R&R Home Care.
Notre Dame Health System has acquired R&R Home Care, creating Notre Dame Home Health. A division of the Archdiocese of New Orleans, NDHS is continuing to expand its continuum of care with this new service offering for patients and families in the Greater New Orleans area.
CEO of NDHS Wayne Plaisance stated, “We are committed to providing the same quality services patients received through R&R and our other Notre Dame services and communities. Notre Dame Health System’s mission is focused on providing a continuum of care in an environment that empowers and nurtures the whole person. Our tagline, ‘Called to Serve. Notre Dame Home Health is now open and accepting patients. The program offers clinical medical care from occupational therapists and registered nurses, among other medical professionals. Families looking for more information can contact NDHS at notredamehealth.org/home-health and at 504-828-1551.
NDHS provides healthcare services including home care, independent care, rehabilitation, assisted living, long-term care, memory care, home health and hospice care. Community and home-based care is available in the Greater New Orleans area.
